Avon - placing & paying for an order

FIRST ORDER

Every Registration to accompany the Purchase Order Form (POF) , submitted along with the registration documents like Address & ID proof , 2 photographs and  PAN card (only in case of Leader appointment)

REGULAR ORDERS

- Tele ordering on Avon Representative Center (ARC)  number [For contact numbers,click here] - For Online Orders, Avon Representatives can log in to their accounts by accessing AVON Website www.in.avon.com Note: No POF ordering (other than 1st Order will be accepted) PAYMENT 1. By Cash     -      - Directly in the BANK - Representatives don’t need to open a bank account but can directly deposit cash in Avon Bank account in  any branch of  following 4 Banks :                  1. State Bank of India (SBI)                   2. Axis Bank                   3. Punjab National Bank (PNB)                  4. Yes Bank         Note:          - Customized Bank deposit slip is used by Avon Representative to deposit the cash which goes along with the order and can also be downloaded from Avon web-site (www.in.avon.com)        - 2 copies of the Bank deposit slip is filled – One is bank copy and 2nd copy Representative should collect from the bank cash counter as acknowledgement of the payment and is the Proof of Payment.      - In the Avon Beauty Zone(ABZ) – Cash is also accepted at ABZ         Representative on depositing cash at ABZ should collect Cash receipt copy from the cash counter as Proof of Payment. 2. Through Internet /NEFT or RTGS  – Representative can make payments at Avon Web-site (www.in.avon.com) by transferring funds from their bank account to Avon bank account. Note - When using Bank Transfers, there are a few essential details to provide: Amount to be remitted Account number from where the funds will be debited Name of the beneficiary bank, and the name of the beneficiary customer Account number of the beneficiary customer Sender to receiver information, if there is one The IFSC code of the receiving branch  3. Through Credit/Debit card – Representative can make payments via their Credit/Debit Cards in the ABZ where Swipe card machine is installed and also use their Credit / Debit Card at Avon Web-site (www.in.avon.com). Only VISA & MASTER CARD are accepted. 4. Demand Draft (DD) - In case Bank is not located in the Representative’s town, Representative can make payment via DD in favor of “Avon Beauty Products India Private Limited". The DD is payable in the respective state only and can be submitted / sent to respective PPS or ABZ. Then sit back and wait for your order to be delivered to your door!
